how you all geting on, im sean live in the highlands of scotland and i have an audi a3 8l 1.8t sport. im looking for advice on my a3 as i have ran into a few problems with it and as this is my first audi with a turbo im finding myself getting stuck when trying to fix/mod it.

im having problems with fitting a ko4 to it as im unsure what parts i can use of an s3/tt to make it fit.

if anyine could help me it would be much appreciated.

This is probably not the best place for your question. Not much traffic here in the "New Member Welcome Area" and not a lot of views to get answers to technical questions. Sadly I'm not sure that I can be too much help. Most of us are from North America. Over here a K04 is pretty much a direct bolt on replacement (with gaskets and flanges) for the K03 in the 1.8T I dont know what differences between what you might have in the UK compared to what we have over here. I suspect you may be taking a turbo from designed for a transverse application and trying to fit it to a longitudinal motor, but again I am not familiar with what you have to work with/on.

try your question again in the A3 or A4 section. you may have better luck getting a proper response.
