Introduction
Hi, everybody. My son gave me his 10 year old Audi A4 1.8t Quattro. It has 102,000 miles, needs some work and I'm a gearhead. I am not a professional mechanic and have a lot of respect for those who are.
The car had its 60,000 mile free maintenance, but has had no other maintenance since then except for 5,000 mile oil changes at a quick lube.
So, I'll be in here seeking help with the project!

Upgrade to 2003 A4
I just bought a 2003 A4 1.8t Quattro. So, I will be around the forum for another few years. This one wasn't free but I'll keep my user name. The old 2001 A4 goes to my niece who will get the clutch fixed. I'll be working on that one as well.
