Unfortunately now I am in the position of asking for advice on suing Audi or somehow getting them to own up to the faults in my Q7. I spent a small fortune on this SUV and now after two months it is about to be junked.

The fancy front facing radar signal that they touted when buying the car did not notice the small bock of cement that was sticking up from the ground. As there is no skid plate or protection the cheap aluminum oil pan was ripped apart and caused over 2 grand in damage. And now they want another two grand to repair the turbo as they claim the motor was running without oil. Only I wasn't aware that the oil was leaking out as the warning light did not come on til much later. When it came on, I shut the motor off and then saw oil streaming out of the pan. Lots of oil. So I thought that with that much oil in the car the motor would not be damaged. But they are claiming the turbo was damaged.

I'm not sure I want to pay all this money on what may be a damaged motor. I'd much rather Audi bought this thing back from me, but I doubt they will admit to any faults. They seem to be placing 100% of the blame on me. I think it should be shared.
