i have a 1996 audi a4 2.8 L and know i can put a cold air intke in it but was wondering where i can find one? also can you have blow off valves put on even though you dont have a turbo engine?

Ahh its great to see all those questions from a Newie - reminds me of myself when i 1st joined
Ok i dont wont to sound rude but, this is not quite the rite area for your questions, the A4 forum mite be a start?, u should use the seach feature at the top - its a great tool
There are plenty of reputable companies on this site that i would recommend for cold air intakes
and no u cant have BOV's on a 2.8 V6

anythings possible with money for the headlights. Now as far as blow off valves are concerned they vent excess boost into the atmosphere. no turbo=no boost=no blow off valve

about the headlights...do you have to cut anything or can a new audi owner put them in easily?

Yes you have to cut the fender a little bit to make them fit. Please search for the conversion. There are tons of threads. Search for "one piece", or "e-codes, ecodes"
