I don't think it is necessary really. I plan on having my changed for the first time at the 5k mile service as planned.

yeah, the b7 is definitely starting to grow on me...

which is funny, cause my love of the b6 design is still growing to this day.

Yea, be careful with front tints. In some areas you can get away with it but not in others. I noticed that yours is in LA so I'd avoid front tints. It's only a $10 fix it ticket but you will stand in the line for 2 hours to fix it. I got lightest tints I could get on my old car and got ticket within 2 months. When it rains, and it's cloudy, there's even more chance of getting one. I just got tint today and just avoided the front ones. Sometimes cops just need a reason to pull you over so I just avoided it the best I can.
