I just took my car in to the new Audi dealer in Oxnard Ca. Man oh man what a refreshing experience. I brought my RS4 in for a service and was immediately met in their service drive by a lady named Judy. She has got to be the best service advisor I've ever dealt with, even though after getting her card I found out she manages both parts and service. I will be bringing my car back again for sure. I'm done with the dealer in Westlake for good.

 

Never seizes to amaze me how a little normal human interaction in the service industry (a.k.a. customer service) will go so far. Hope they keep her.
