New Audi lover
Good day all!!
Just a quick hello. I just took possession of my new (to me) 1999.5 A4 2.8 Quattro last night. Forums like these are awesome. I had so much info before buying that I was asking the mechanic all of the right questions.
I'm second owner, 132,000 km, full service records (mostly from the stealership and then from the Audi/VW specialized shop where I got the lead for the car). I actually dealt with the mechanic throughout the deal.
It's black with tan leather interior. Needs a good cleaning and a little body work on the rear bumper but that's it. Timing belt (at 118,000 km) and all of the control arms tie rod ends have been done.
Also came with 4 winters on rims. I think I paid a fair price at $9,700 Cdn. The thing drives like a dream!!!
In the Ottawa area.
