hello af.
i just purchased an '02 a4 this past week and i look forward to the forums.

im upgrading from an automatic passat to stick a4 and it's been a while.

im finding myself with all sorts of questions about driving stick so i thought this would be a good place to start
questions like;
will a jump from 3rd to 5th hurt anything?
does it hurt to drive in a high gear at low speeds to "save fuel" and keep the RPM's to a minum, sacrificing power?
does it hurt the clutch to often press it fully for 5-10 seconds when approaching a decision (ie stoplight, or possible traffic)?

Thirdto fifth is no problem, For number 2 don't be rediculus about it because it only helps a little, and just for ***** and giggles I always take mine out of gear at lights.
