I just bought my first Audi last night - it's a '98 A4 2.8 Quattro, black with blackand brown leather, etc. It's replacing my totaled '97 SAAB 900 SE. Man, what a difference between the two.

There are some small issues, like the cruise control doesn't seem to work, a blown speaker, and the lid to the compartment where the mobile phone would live has a broken hinge, but other than that, I really dig the car.

Anyhow, just thought I'd say Hello.

welcome, check out Audidiy.com or our own DIY section for some possible solutions to some of your problems. I think there is a CC fix in their that might help you and a blown speaker isn't that difficult. The lid compartment I would either super glue it or go to a scrap yard and see if yo can pick up another one.

 

+1 I think I've seen good write-ups foralll your problemson audidiy.com, besides the broken hinge, which will most likely need replaced. There always is somebody parting out a car over in the classifieds. I would check over there and see if one comes up with the same interior as you and see if you can pick one up
