Default New to the Audi scene...

Well, I've been into Hondas for the past few years... Don't worry, I'm no ricer. I'm an all dash, no flash type of... Well, ricer.

Anyway, I've been searching for a daily driver for the past few months, as my Civic is about to be torn into here very shortly. So the search began for something comfortable, mildly fast, and most of all, good looking. So I came across a 2002 Audi A4 Quatro 1.8T. We're working out the deal tomarrow, and it's still very much in the air if I will even get the car, but we'll see.

The car is mostly stock, aside from some decent looking gun metal 17" wheels... Not sure of make, they appear to be Konig, but they look pretty nice, and best of all, they work with the car's appearence, and don't stand out too much. Anyway, if I do buy the car, it needs something more to set it apart, and I'm still learning about the way these Audis are set up... I'm used to everything being simple, and easy to manipulate (Hence: I'm into Honduhs). I'm thinking of a nice Intake (Neuspeed has caught my eye), a nice simple exhaust (Magnaflow has also caught my eye/ear), and I think after that, I'll be good for a while.

I know this isn't the tech section, but I've one question... What's a Diverter Valve? Is it a Recirculation Valve for the charge system?

Anyway, I may or may not be staying around, pending on how this deal goes down tomarrow... But we'll see. The car is certainly a joy to drive, and I would love to have such a nice car to drive daily. Thanks for dealing with me, as I'm new to the Audi scene, so just please deal with me for a little bit.

Well... I got it.

I'm a proud new owner of a 2002 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro... The car is so much fun, I can't believe it's taken me this long to come across it, haha. Anyway, I'll post some pictures up tomarrow after it's detailed. Looks like I'll be staying around for a while.
