It’s seems more and more people are now buying their car insurance policies online as it often turns out to be easier and cheaper than over the phone or visiting an insurance broker. But, after talking to a lot of people, I found that most were still not confident enough to buy online, and make some great savings on their premium.

So, after some brain-storming and many cups of coffee I decided to build a site that will make the whole process of buying car insurance online that much easier. The site contains information and advice about car insurance, as well as an extensive list of the best car insurance providers in the UK.

The car insurance providers on the site have been carefully selected, and I have found that people who have used the site so far have already saved money, simply by getting quotes from companies they wouldn’t have normally got a quote from!

Just thought I'd say how disapointed I am with some peoples replies in here.

Ive put a lot of effort into the site and posted details of the site in this forum hoping that it would help people with the online purchase of their insurance policy. I have done a lot of research, had many conversations with friends and family, the majority of whom are still unsure as to whether to buy online or not.

I have helped many of my friends buy their policies online, and each of them has been very greatful, probably because I've help them same a lot of money. In turn, it has also given them more confidence to buy over the internet; filling in the forms, paying by credit/debit card etc. As a result they are now more inclined to buy their future policies from companies online.

This in turn gave me the initial idea of the site. All I wanted to do was to make people more aware of buying online, saving money, and getting a greater understanding of car insurance in general.
