Hey guys, the name's Patrick. i'm 16 years old and i'm currently driving a 2000 Honda Prelude. yea i know, i wish i would have gone German for my first car. But whatever, its still good for a first car. Ok, so i specifically joined the forum for advice. My dad has a 2002 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro 6 speed manual. I really want a B6 A4 but i'm not sure which one to go for; 1.8T or 3.0. To be honest my dad's A4 feels really cheap and crappy. Is it supposed to feel that way? It's the only Audi i have ever driven so i'm not really sure. But anyways, i'm wondering if i should save up a crap load to get a 1.8T or just go with the 3.0 and hope it holds up. I'm kind of new to the German tuning stuff. So any advice will be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

go 1.8T. lots more mods available and you can do more with it.
I have a 99.5 (B5) 1.8T and I love it. The 3.0 is egh, a gas guzzler, IMO. If you want to have more fun, especially because your still young (I'm only going on 18 too), go with a 1.8T. Make sure you look around. Mine was only $7k
