Before I get my new Audi.

I'm a researcher when it comes to getting new cars and love to read up on them before settling in and making a final decision. Recently, I got a call from Audi's Call Center indicating that I had, at some point or another, indicated interest in an Audi...I couldn't recall when I had done this outside of the North American International Auto Show in Detroit a couple of years ago, but they set me up for a VIP sales visit at my local dealer. I asked about S4s or perhaps a TT quattro, as I am planning on moving next year to CO, so I need something that can handle the weather there (my current daily driver is an '02 Corvette which is fine...if I stay in TX). All they had in stock was an '06 S4 Avant (and I don't need a wagon) or the '07 RS4...which I couldn't afford, but the dealer was great and told me to give the S4 Avant a spin, to see if I could get "used to it." I took the first test-drive and was in heaven with the performance, but just couldn't get past the wagon...even took it for a spin the following weekend for a couple of hours (let friends and family check it out) and couldn't get used to the idea, and my family and friends didn't think it fit me...so the current plan is to order a new '07 Dolphin Grey Metallic S4 MT6.
