Hello all. I just bought an 01 Audi A6 4.2 and I figured I'd introduce myself. My name is Ulises and I am currently a full time student. I am completely new to owning an Audi, so any info on maintenance would me appreciated. I am also a big Camaro fan and I hope to buy one after college. So far everything is great about the car; it has more than enough power, it has a great ride, handles excellently, looks amazing, and has a killer audio system. My only complaint is that the electronically adjusting steering wheel doesn't go up, but I'm sure that it can be fixed. I hope to learn a lot from this forum and I'll try to have pictures up today.

Congrats on the car. Be sure to poke around the A6 section. You probably also want to check out the A8 section as they all share the 4.2 that is in your A6. 4.2 is one of the more reliable Audi power plants. It is also one of the more daunting to work on. A couple of our A8 regulars are a good resource for any questions you might have.

Hi and welcome. As 02A6Beau says, try the A6 area also you could try the electronic area, also the general tech area is a good place too.
