Hello all, I am a proud owner of an old 1990 100 quattro. I found a post that is helping me to get to my ignition switch. I hope and pray thats the problem. Car got to the point that it would not idle and would stop running at red lights. I think I wore out the switch. It now when I go to start it wont ingage the starter. But it turns all the other sytems on. Its just that last connection that it needs to make. I am 50 years old and disabled. cant do much without help. And Im only mechanically inclined without any audi knowledge. Hope Im at the right place. Im in the middle of this task now so any helpful advise would be well recieved. Thanks to all.

I believe we don't have a particular section dedicated to your model but feel free to post up in A4 > B5 section as it has the highest traffic compare to the others.

You will get much faster response there.
