can anyone help me on how to post a pic in my profile i tried but it said file to large, is there a way to compress it or something ?

 

If you want to use audiforums to host the image, you need to make the file smaller with a image editer like photoshop or paintshop. I typically upload all my images to an image host like photobucket.com where I don't have to worry about size restrictions.
