Just purchased a 2010 A4 quattro 2.0 (premium plus package) yesterday; hoping to hear soon that they have found the actual car so I can pick it up.

Very excited - I drive over 100 miles daily in RI & Massachusetts, moving from a 2005 Nissan 350Z (and a 1999 Subaru on snowy days) to a year-round car, and I'm very much looking forward to the transition.

I have opted for the extended warranty to 100K, and 3M film to keep down the stone chips.

Any words of advice for a newbie?
