So, my 2001 a4 1.8t quattro has been running real slow lately. The acceleration has been absolutely terrible. My car just came out of the shop, due to misfiring cylinders which were fixed. They said my turbo was still good, but my transmission has to be reprogramed. Anyways, just for ***** and gigs I decided to 0-60 my car. Took 16 SECONDS!!!!! What the hell is WRONG!...Btw my car is automatic, and I used tip-tronic during my trial run. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate feedback!

a stock 1.8T is no racecar but 16 seconds is a bit excessive. scan for codes, but my initial guess is a boost leak or you are in limp mode
