Sold my Jaguar and bought an Audi...

RE: Sold my Jaguar and bought an Audi...
Yeah, I agree CAB509, I started losing points with Jaguar until I didn't care for them anymore.
I drove a friends 2000 A6 2.7T APR chipped 6-sp manual sedan and found out what a real car should be like, so that put in motion a series of events that got me where I am today.
That 3.2 A4 B7 with the 6-sp manual rivals the 2000 A6 2.7T APR chipped car as far as butt/gut feel.

ha ha. I did the exact same thing. My wife had taken over my Jag, and I was left to choose between our 03Jetta and my Durango. I went and got her an allroad, and myself an A6 2.8l. I could only stand the 2.8 for 3 months, before I just traded that in on a low mileage loaded 4.2 A6. The wife took that this AM and apparently she loves it. (bad for me) she said it drives real nice (ya think) and she likes the heated steering wheel and seat comfort. This could end up badly for me. While I could feel the big difference in the 2.7T in the allorad vs. 2.8 A6, I now can feel the difference in the 4.2 vs. 2.7T Now the allroad feels doggish. I think Im just gonna get the ECM reprogged if I am going to be demoted the the allroad. The Jag was a total dog compared to both Audis.
