Default somewhat new audi

I have had my Audi A4 1.8t 1999 for about 3 years now and I recently, at exactly 89999 miles my timing tensioner went and took out the entire top half of the motor.....so I figured it was time to join the forum to get some good imput for maintenence on this thing!

Now with a rebuilt engine I am hoping to get another 60 or 70k miles out of this thing.

Any advise would be appreciated in terms of general maintence I should have taken care of.

The car is bare stock except for an audio system worth more than the vehicle

thanks in advance,

Zach

welcome to the forums. My best advice for getting another 60-70K out of the engine would be regular preventative maintenance.
