The stubborn audi owner
Hello,
I'm Dan, I live in France. I've got a BMW 316i compact (2000), and Alfa GT1300 Junior (1975), Alfa GTV6 (1981), Messerschmitt KR201 Roadster (1958), a couple of old mopeds and am persisting with my horribly unreliable Audi 80 Cabriolet (1995).
It's the car I wanted after passing my test - to be fair you can pick them up cheap enough and there are quite sensible engine options - but I got the BMW instead - no regrets there, it's an excellent car. I since found the Audi I wanted being sold by a friend, the right colour, the right wheels, the right interior - sold!
And now I'm having lots of fun and games because it consistently develops one problem after another - as soon as I fix something, a totally unrelated problem crops up. But I stubbornly persist, if nothing else I'm learning about it...
