why cannot i NOT see DIY's? mods?

why cannot i NOT see DIY's? mods?

do i need to have permission to see the DIY's? could a mod help me out?

From: SoCal

go to the bottom where it says "Display Options"
and change settings

there is a "From The" drop down
select From the beginning
