My cusin has an A3 he loves it and why get a VW when you can get an audi anyway!

Welcome, I am fairly new as well. My question is, and I am sure others are thinking the same, is "can you arrange with your parts department a discount on OEM parts?" I know I want/need some items that typically only the dealer carries.

Yeah... How much "ethical" heartburn would be had to pass on the savings, so to speak, to "us"? With a modest markup, for your troubles, of course. Is it illegal? I won't tell if YOU don't!!!
