Hows it going people

I have a Audi A4 1.8t quatro B5 and right now my engine is down do to valve floating.
So I want to rebuilt my engine with bored out cyl 81.50 mm with mauhle pistons, 550 cc injectors 034 valves and valve springs . And i already have a T3TD04E turbo external wastegate with a forged DV.

Well i was wondering is the T3TD04e a good turbo to stick with and what is my best bet to go with if i want to make 300+ hp that is a quick spooler and good power . I will change the turbo if i have to .And what software.
please help .

 

i wanna do the same thing to my car what size is that turbo? i already have miltek exhaust front mount and performance clutch. i wanna make around 300+ whp also but am not sure what to do.

 

For 300-350whp on pump gas you are looking at a GT30 or if you want to stick with a journal bearing turbo a 50-60 trim might be what your looking for. Might be able to even come close to 300whp with a T3 flanged GT2871r on a good flowing manifold.

I would go with the gt3071r..

You could make 400whp no problem..

 

I recommend the GT30 also, and then just tune it for the best spool characteristics.
