best turbo???

i am about to purchase a 98 A4 in 4 days wat upgrades are the best and CHEAPEST im on a budget of under $1200 please help me i know nothing about these german cars!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is nothing like best turbo. But I would think that K4 turbo would satisfy your need. check out A4 forum, many people did that.
