Default Good turbo setup? need input

i did alot of research in this forum and i found alot of answers...here is the setup i was thinking about
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvcwith the GT2871R option and external WG, Revo FMIC, ATP/mika fuel upgrade (injectors and software), Tial BOV, Walboro 255hp pump and 3" exhaust... anything else im missing? im going for quick spooling and good HP but still run stock, maybe ill replace the rods to be safe...but other then that, will this be good to go? i have a b6/a4 1.8T...how much boost you think i can push and still be safe? anyways, any input or advice would be apprecciated..just want to know if im on the right track with this..thanks!

Its a good kit but please stick with the internal wastegate and T25 housing that comes standerd, also do NOT buy mika tuning, go with Revo for your B6 along with some genisis injectors

thanks for the heads up you think i shoud just stick with the GT28rs or go GT2871? i was reading in the newb section regariding the different kinds of turbos that if i go 2871, im going to need rod replacements...worth it? how just stick with the GT28rs? i heard its a really good kit and has some serious power...btw, how much boost can i push on it? 12, 15psi?

They both will cost about the same but the 2871r will have another 50whp in it and more when you install rods. You can always keep the boost low until you can do rods. both are great turbos, just depends on what power level you really want.

takes up less space, it's quieter, easier to install.
