Ive done basic work already. Brakes, oil, etc.. Im looking to keep a consistant 300+ on this baby. I wanted some ideas on which way i should go to achive such horse power. Not that I want to spend this much but lets keep the budget under... 5k with respect that i will be doing some of the work myself. Ideas, models of stuff, info... Please and thank you... |
Yes because the only way to have a fast B5 is by owning an S4. ;):p

the 2.7t engines have their own problems, they are difficult to work on and require twice the amount of work/money to upgrade. Dont listen to getto301, go with an eliminator setup and you will be keeping up with most s4s

Thats what I was going to say but with 5 grand you can have a good start and build from there. Also if you have to replace a turbo you dont have to pull the motor

LOL i agree with having to pull the motor to do any work on the motor pretty much ....speaking from experiance...but the power that can be made effeciantly is far more of at easier then you can make with the 1.8t as just sheer displacment is allowed
