so i installed the new ko4 and now zero boost. a few times in 2nd gear i’ve gotten it to get to 2 or maybe 3 but then it feels like it cuts out and then won’t boost. i do have a stage 1 tune and i’ve tried everything. i took the turbo off twice now and checked out the wastegate flapper and that seems to be working correctly. i even hooked it up to a compressor to make it actuated. and then i put my working ko3s wastegate on and nothing changed. one thing i did notice when doing a boost pressure test is my mbc bleed valve hole thing doesn’t have near the pressure it use to have coming out of it before i swapped turbos. i can barely hear any air come out as before i would have to have someone plug it to heat for other leaks. i did notice i had a crankcase breather leak. i havnt replaced all those yet but i did epoxy it all up again so it should be sealed. i also but before i did my install of new turbo everything was boosting fine. please help!
