Opinions on DV Valve please
I have a 2001 audi TT Quattro 225 HP and want to replace the DV with a new one. I've heard Forge is a good brand. I was looking into it and came across a DV/BOV "splitter" valve made by Forge. Forge says that it recirculates the boost pressure as well as having the boost sound. Some people have posted that Audi is a closed loop system and the boost pressure needs to be re-circulated...makes sense. Does anyone have any opinions on this splitter valve then? Will it still re-circulate the boost safely as to not destroy the turbo over time? I would rather be safe than have a problem in the future.
I don't know a lot about these computer controlled new cars. I work on old american muscle cars...lol. But I love the Audi! Awesome machine! Thanks guys...

i have the splitter on my b5 a4 and love it,
the thing i like about the splitter is that you can make it fully recirculating, fully blow off, or you can also make it recirculate 90% back in the system and then blow off 10% ...
