spray some nitrous on your FMIC, that will give you extra power for sure.

but has anyone run the meth/water with a k04 and pc-16 file yet and if so what are the results?? with what intercooler??

It will give you resonable iat's, but you are still pushing the turbo way beyond reason. Best to start off with a turbo that is slightly larger and more efficient (<= key word).
