I was cruising through Mount Joy today and saw a nagaro blue S4 with an aftermarket rear bumper and side skirts but stock front bumper. I was wondering who the owner is and if they are on here.

I figured out the owner is actually a guy I went to high school with so I'll see if he wants to attend our meet.
