Is this a good price?!

Got a quotation from PA dealer for 2016 Audi Q5 2.0 premium plus with navigation.. MSRP is $48,110

Considering 7% NJ tax, OTD price is $44,000

Is this a good deal?! Please advise.. first time experience purchasing Audi.
