Default im looking for a performance shop in NYC

hi i got 98 audi a4 1.8t

and im looking for a performance shop in NYC...i went some where but i didn't get it....

nobody could do it....

i wanna change ...such as air intake, blow off valve,

is it make sense? if i change them, can i here the turbo sound?

please let me know thank you...

There is a shop in Newark, NJ called Quattrohaus. They specialized in VW and Audi cars. They installed my suspensions and sway bars for me and did a good job. PM me if you need more information.

1.8T use diverter valves that vent to the intake i think, not blow off valves.

theres this shop called KMD tuning located in Jersey. I trust them w/ all my performance upgrades. Look them up @ http://www.kmdtuning.com

It's worth getting the diverter valve, and it's worth taking the trip to KMD tuning. They'll explain everything clear to newbies and your options as to tuning your 1.8T
