One of my houses was in Mass; I sold it in December. I know some parts of Boston and the western suburban area pretty well.

Yeah, selling it was a sad day for me. I inherited the house a few years ago and it had been in the family for 40+ years. I couldn't continue to pay the taxes and maintenance when I used it for only 15 - 20 days a year.
