yes their is but i have no idea at what kinda of stops are up their, i know there is one around exit 24 or so.

ok so after tracing goolge maps i have found to what appears to be a rest stop or a visitor center we could meet up there

Ok im not sure on the exit number becuase either google maps doesnt have them or i just dont know how to pull them up on google maps but here is a picture of the pull off
