I have used KTR performance in Ayer, also. That was to service a 2000 s4. I would recommend KTR if you're thinking of doing upgrades but NOT for regular maintenance. Best place around here I've found for maintenance is AlphaCars on RT111 boxborough. alphacars.com. Much easier people to deal with on a regular basis. If you're looking to build the car up, though, definitely check out KTR. Dyno tuning, turbo, you name it.

I am going to give them a try because KTR, even though I am going to go there for an exhaust and chip, quoted me at 1700 for timing belt and water pump.

I have used Excel Auto a couple of times, really nice owner "Tom". But is having trouble getting my engine light out. Has been a couple of different issues now, and it pops back on within a quarter mile of his shop..
