YEAAA!!!! let me seen.... at 6.99 a gallon... hmm.... ok muliply by 20 cars and divide by MPG carry the 2, add that other 1 plus the difference, and the sum, divide that out... hmm... hang on almost done... the median times the mode with the average MPG and divide once again times the number of.....

oh wait.... NO IM NOT BUYING... but seriously tho its 6.99 a gallon... i dunno if i can even put that in my car!
