Default Windsheild Replacement in MA

Courtesy of a Ford SuperDuty that shed an iceburg on the highway I need to replace the now spiderwebbed windshield on my 2002 S4 Avant.

In the past I have used Giant Glass and they did a decent job, but I'm not sure if they use a factory replacement or what. Can anyone recommend a place that will use a factory replacement and does competant work?

I could be wrong, but i dont believe anyone uses"factory" glass... They would use factory spec glass. They best bet to do is call your insurance company, i believe in mass you get one free winshield a year...or you did on the insurance i had when i lived there, things could have changed.

This happened to my twice in a month a couple years ago. I called my dealer and asked which auto glass repair shops would buy the factory glass directly from them. I took their recommendation and was very happy.

Good luck!
