It's true to a certain extend but the areas that usually burn are away from where I live.
It just so happens that this time, it's real close to a point I can spot it everytime I go out at night.

I just got home from late night cycling with couple of buddies. About to hit the shower and perhaps have a cup of coffee before bed.
