Price seems good (KBB retail around 10.2K), but dude - it's got 122 THOUSAND miles. Save up for something with a little less sturm and drang. Trust me, I've been there.

 

7k max it looks a nice motor average mileage ( dont lose a good deal by being greedy )

he prolly paid between 5-6 for it, so 7500 is actually a very fair price imo. remember he has to make a profit, and he prolly has a good amount of overhead involved in it. 122k and im pretty sure it is inspected, so there was some money dumped into her already. i would tell him you will pay full price but he has to get you the aftermarket warranty.

 

when i had my 98 a4 i bought it for 7k with like 78k miles on it..... i'd look around just a bit more
