Hey has anybody used Sony's Acid 5.0 or any of their acid programs? If so how do you like them cuz im looking into buying it.

i have acid pro and use it as well. IMO its pretty damn great to make beats, or even record.

Have you checked out Fruity Loops? Its a little more advanced in the interface, but it does more than Acid Pro. You can make beats, but it is also good for making music too.

i have a buddy that currently lives in ibiza, spain who is a dj and got a contract to move out there. he uses acid, but he has a ton of **** he uses.

I just bought the new Ableton program and it's pretty awesome! Acid programs are pretty sweet too. I had Acid before I got the Ableton.
