Thanks man im ready. Im in no way ashamed nor do i regret what i did. Testing the law is the responsibility of all of us and i feel very strongly that we need marijuana law reform in this country. Both my lawyers and I are very confident. If we dont get suppression of evidence we will merely go to trial by jury. If we are found guilty there we will be appealing to the state supreme court.

It only takes one marijuana smoker on the jurry to cast his or her "not guilty" vote and create a hung jurry. A jurry also has the ability to nullify a law they feel is unjust, that is, regardless of evidence of a "crime" a jurry can find the defendent not guilty because they feel the LAW is unjust. Remember this if you are selected for jurry duty, if its a marijuana crime, you have the right to cast your vote not guilty no matter what.

As far as my case goes.... I wont plea and i wont stop fighting for what i believe in.

I am merely one of 20 million people arrested on marijuana charges in the past 40 years. 200,000 americans are serving jail time right now for POSESSION allone. And whos paying the bill to prosecute me and my father? Thats right, the american tax payer, to the tune of 49 billion dollars of state and ferderal money a year. $49,000,000,000.00

If every american pot smoker came out of the closet tomorrow prohibition would end tomorrow. The government dosnt have the capacity to arrest all of us, we are millions strong. The problem is indifference. Too many prople are content buying it illegally, hiding it, and smoking in their homes behind closed doors. We have the power and ability to change the laws. Imagine the freedom to grow this plant in your back yard for free, no more black market, no more cops harrassing you.

People are indifferent untill it effects them. Marijuana has never killed or harmed anyone. It is benign. Safter than OTC pharmacuticals and Alcohol, our recreational drug of choice as americans. The harm and pain caused by marijuana prohibition, as well as the punishment, are both far worse than the use of the plant. Medical paitents and coops are raided in california, by DEA agents and cops in fully military fatigues with assult rifels. People dying of MD, Aids, and cancer are forced to the ground and arrested at gunpoint all because the government wont admit they are wrong.

My or my fathers use of marijuana has never harmed anyone. We are both intelligent, well rounded, productive people. He is a buisness owner and has been described as a pillar of the community. Not one person in the area can attest otherwise, he is a model citizen. But now him and I are both facing 2 felony charges and one misdemeanor.

I hope that through my experience and struggle i can convert 1 person, 10 people, 100 people, or even 1000+ people. Its all about becoming educated and informed. This injustice has been continuing far too long and its time we make a stand.

Im waiting for my medical card before posting any pics. But would like to discuss growth methods, such as nutrients. I currently am using Ionic(brand name) with Algae hormone. My setup is small and cheap, only enough for myself in a six month cycle. I only use HPS bulb, not changing to MH during growth. My medium is a clay hydo aerator, with a mylar wrapped enclosure. I also have grown fruits to demonstrate to my co-workers that I can produce better faster harvest times then there backyard dirt garden. I also have plans for an Opium plant or two. Although not the same means, I have grown psilocybe cubensis as well.

Oh and SOURDIESEL(also a name of bud from Humbolt).....Its illegal because the gov. makes money from raiding. If it were made legal, they would lose so much money. Its like trying to tell a religious cult there god doesnt exist. Many things can be said, I feel only time can heal these wounds.....and Im not high right now.

Your right on. Its just self preservation for the police. They do it because they get paid to do it. We need to re-evaluate things on a large scale. My state supreme court just shut down for 60 days because they ran out of money and cant proscess the huge number of cases they have. In 2008 over 1,000,000 people in the US were arrested on marijuana charges, thats an all time high. Our government has constantly been trying to associate marijuana with the greatest evil of the time. In the 30's it was accusations by the first drug czar Harry Anslinger that it made black men rape white women. He was the father of the war on drugs, playing off racism and peoples fears.

Current spending on the drug war alone is near $50,000,000,000.00 and is increasing at a rate of 1 billion a year. This dosnt include the cost to prosecute over 1,000,000 people a year, the police time and money to arrest those 1,000,000 people, the cost of imprisioning 200,000 people JUST for possession not even including distribution, or cultivation. On average it costs $100,000 to prosecute someone for cultivation or distribution. The system is totally fucked.

We ARE reaching a breaking point. While Regan and Clinton both had very poor drug policys we WERE building momentum, despite Clintons increase in spending on the war on drugs from 1 billion to 10 billion. Back in the late 90's news coverage of hemp and marijuana activism were at an all time high. The Bush administration halted progress to a large drgree, after all his mother Barbra Bush has made her money through investing in prison building and youve got to have people to put in those prisons! After 9/11 happened everyone was distracted. In the wake of the war, our economic downfall, and a historic election America is left in a different place.

This is the most useful and amazing plant on earth, a plant we could use for food, fiber, fuel, medicine, and recreation. It is the most benign plant on earth. For our government to have a policy of forced eradication of a plant with so much potential is embarrassing. The lies from our police is nothing more than ignorance. Until the 100 million or so people who have tried cannabis and those who smoke it for what ever reason come out of the closet and demand change, our politicians will consider it political suicide to change the current laws, and we will continue to arrest productive citizens.

SourDiesel... you're an icon. Your dad is the ****** man. Best of luck with this, in Massachusetts we voted to decriminalize marijuana, and it was by a hefty margin.

Im very happy for what you have done in massachussetts. I think its a great start and its certainly going to have an effect on New Hampshire policies. It couldnt come at a better time. Thanks for the support too, its allways welcome.

Audi90 Sport Quattro - I respect that you take a stance on things and allways express how you feel wether its popular or not. I do hope that you have the ability to approach something with an open mind though. My motive is not bragging, it is trying to educate people like yourself. The Police, DEA, and other law enforcement continues to spread lies for their own self preservation. These lies are accepted by the public as truth because it comes from an authority figure. Prohibihionists (like yourself) resort to direct attacks against those who consume cannabis because there are no real reasons why it should be illegal. It is my job as a Marijuana law activist and a responsible citizen to teach those around me.

Please respond to me in an inteligent manner A90SQ. Tell me why marijuana is illegal, and why prohibition should continue despite the arrest of over 1,000,000 us citizens a year, and the wasting of hundreds of billions of tax dollars over the past decade. Why dose marijuana remain a scedual III drug with zero medicinal value, when less than 100 years ago the pharmacopeia contained over 30 pages on its preperations and uses. The wealth of anecdotal evidence as well as peer-reviewed studies is staggering. Its embarrassing for our government to have a policy of forced eradication of a plant that has so many uses. Hemp isnt even legal in the united states. In 1938 Hemp was described in popular mechanics as the worlds FIRST billion dollar crop, IN 1938 none the less! Imagine the value now! We can provide ourselvs with 100% of our transortation fuel needs by using hemp bio fuel, and unlike petrolium which releases gases into our atmosphere that have been tied up underground for millions of years, hemp removed c02 from the atmosphere more effectively than other plant on earth.

So no more "hit and run" attacks. There are well over 100,000,000 american marijuana consumers: We are your doctors, dentists, lawyers, coworkers, bosses, farmers, mechanics, politicians, buisness men, accountants, parents, and children. You are surrounded by intelligent marijuana smokers from all walks of life, you need to open your eyes and realize whats going on. Allready greater than 25% of your states have taken action to change marijuana law despite federal refusal. As soon as federal prohibition is ended, the states will follow. In some states 3/4 majority is being reached, the DEA is white knuckled in fear of losing their jobs. They know we are approaching the breaking point and theyre making one last push to protect their jobs, by spreading the same lies that have kept marjuana illegal for te past 71 years.

What will they do when they cant break into homes in the middle of the night to arrest a muscular distrophy patient at gunpoint? And if you dont think it happens you need to watch "Waiting to Inhale" a very informative documentary about the struggles of dying medical paitents in california.
