I know they have it in NJ, but does the Ohio guard have free in-state tuition to any state college?

 

yes, what they do is take the state avg tuition in state which for us is ohio state and thats what they pay out. so if you go to a more exspensive school they will pay as much as it would cost at osu.

I'm 30 and was thinking on joining the service if the economy stays where it is or gets worse. I have an A&P certificate, how likely would it be that the AF would pick me up???

 

oh sweet i wish i had my A&P, my real job in the AF is a crew chief on kc-135's. Yes, the AF would take you at 30 years old and if you wanted a job as a jet mechanic your schooling would be a cakewalk..lol. Do you have a college degree, or any college?
