ok... i'm calling it right now... Anna Nicole Smith was murdered and so was her son.
Culprit: Howard K. Stern - lawyer/supposed husband/supposed father of ANS's daughter
How: poison/drugged
Motive: the money she was fighting for in her much publicized divorce
The plan:
1) kill the son to remove an heir that is over 18 and able to make financial decisions
2) claim to be the father of her newborn daughter and fight all legal attempts for a paternity test. Go so far as to keep ANS out of the US and outside the reach of US courts.
3) kill ANS and then become the sole legal guardian of her sole financial heir thus enabling him to tap into the money.
I'm on to you Howard K. Stern. But I have small needs. So gimme 2 mill and I'll shut up. haha.
