A: 1990 was my favorite Christmas. I got a slushy maker and it was the best one ever!

Back to the Detroit comment, truth is that as long as you aren't in the slums of Detroit you are fine. After dark you keep near Joe Louis Arena, Comerica Park, Ford Field or the Casinos you'll be just fine. Just don't talk to the bums, they can be aggressive. Other than that Detroit is NOT as bad as many people make it out to seem. Come see it and form your own opinion. Yes there are pockets of it that you'd drive through and say "Wow, this is a **** hole." Go downtown, that's the heart and really the only part of Detroit you need to see. Make sure to go to Mexican town and have the BEST Mexican EVER, Greek Town to have amazing food too, Corktown to feel like you're transported to Ireland, then you can branch out and see the suburbs or Detroit that have character, go to Hamtramak to experience Polish town, Dearborn to experience middle eastern food.

Q: Why do people judge places/people without experiencing the place or getting to know the person first?

A: Back when I was in middle school the library had a drawing, every 5 books you read you put your name in for a drawing. I won a portable CD player!

Q: If you could bring back any TV show, what one and why?

The Unit, I love that show.

Should I sell my car as is (no running motor) and buy a beat up Miata for autox or fix it and hope it keeps running?

A: Yes but you should buy an Avant instead of the Miata and keep it running.

Q: Why do I want an Avant so bad right now?

Because, like Jazz, they are most likely adolescent boys.

Should I grab up a double-barrel or pump shotgun?
