any good two-lane roads in or around boston?
Don't ask me, I'll just tell you all the places with heavy police patrols. DON'T race in Boston unless you want to die. Seriously, it's way too crowded. Go autocross where it's safe to play.
I think he's looking for routes that are fun to drive at a normal speed; not places for street racing. I don't know anything about Boston (having never been there), but if you're ever in Des Moines, hit me up and I'll show you some nice curvy streets.
dude, there is this great little country road that goes right by the river but the only problem is that it's in CINCINNATI. No offense but you might get a better response if you post this in the regional forums.
well, I've already come back and I did find a very nice road in the Boston 'burbs - it is the route 127 that goes from Salem to Gloucester - its a great two-lane road to test your quattro on and see some views! It is not a fast road - rather a road for a leisurely drive on a saturday afternoon. As a bonus you get to find all kinds of places that have fresh lobsters!!! So, if you're ever there, I highly recommend. But do use caution - the road can get pretty crowded with 5-0's if you go VERY fast. But, I had so much fun in an 04 A4 1.8T with 6sp and APR... anyway, try it if you're there during lobster season - that's the verdict
