Does anybody remember the slogan " Art in Engineering" I sure wasnt thinking that when recently changing an alternator out on a 1978 audi 5000 but I was thinking a "Nightmare in Engineering" would have been more appropiate in that era!! The TRUTH is THE ART IS IN THE ENGINEERING of these fine automobiles old and new alike!!!

Germans OVER-engineer EVERYTHING!!!

The "truth" is: If one bolt will hold it, 16 will make SURE it stays in place!!!
