The R10 alone is the reason for me to believe that Audi is superior than any other car maker (Save the Ferrari). Six consecutive wins in Le mans, and winning the last one with Diesel. I always loved Diesel power, due to the endless torque and robust feel you get when you drive one. Sadly, we don't have many options here in US.
