Exclamation BMW fail

This is what happens when Darwins theory isn't working.... 1992 BMW 325is built by a guy in Pennsylvania recently sold to a buddy of mine over ebay only needing 3 things done to be on the road! NOT! The guy over torqued everything stripping many of the more important bolts or studs in the process. Half of the studs to hold the coils down were stripped on the valve cover. At least one of the studs to hold the caps onto the cam shaft was stripped we may find more when/if we pull the rest off. The cam shaft holder's were swapped to the opposite sides and crushed the little guides that were supposed to make it only fit one way... This caused the head to crack in 4 places around one of the cam cap studs. Also was not oiling the camshafts at all cuz the oil passages were not lining up. Well here are some pictures because they show what happened way better then I can.

Oh ya and there's no turbo

I'd have taken the negative feedback on that one and then disputed it. No way in hell would I have taken that car home.

Take a reasonable number you think its worth and multiply x10. Then guess how much. I'll tell you who's closest.

Man, I think that seeing the extent of the mods ( and knowing why a car is modded like that), I'd have taken the trip to check it out. Sucks that he apparently got burned like that.
