Looks good. Those wheels are hot! Not feelin' the silver, but would be a blast to drive.

 

Seal Grey is what they call it, actually. I probably wouldn't pick that color, but it does look good in person. Yellow or red would probably fit the character of the car better, but the dark silver is nice and unassuming. He doesn't want to get stared at quite as much on the streets, so it works for him.






"Blast to drive" doesn't quite cover it. The thing is crazy.

Mine is Black Metallic, which kinda makes it charcoal instead of straight black. It has subtle color changes depending on the light conditions. I dig it.

You don't have any ALMS racing in LV this year, do you? The modded GT2s really turn out for those events.

 

I don't even know if they are running ALMS here or not. I've been too busy to keep up with much of the racing this year.

New Christophorus came in the mail today. Scanned a couple of picts of the cross-section of the new 15lb, 57 part, variable geometry turbo in the new 911.

 

Looks like an unneccesarily complicated set-up.

 

Well, it is a German car!

There isn't enough Thorozine in the world to cause German engineers to go another route.

The new tech(for gas engine) there is very cool. The next generation won't have the term "turbo lag" in their vocabulary.

 

where do you live that you see all of these nice cars....i work in redmond and don't see that many nice cars. sure my boss has a s8 and a carrea, but damn man all in one day.

 

He lives in Vegas, where excess is the rule rather than the exception.
